Welcome To MDP Personal Training!


Athletic training is a way for me to connect with my community as well as with other people interested in finding a balance in their life through a fit and healthy lifestyle. To my fellow gym addicts who have been working day in and day out and can't seem to find the happy medium between exercise and healthy eating, you are not alone. Yes, I am young, and yes, my "official" client list is just now starting to grow, but unofficially, I have been doing this for about a year and a half and have seen great results as well as positive transformations in attitude towards the gym and training. 

 

Everyone has a personal goal and a unique body type. Every person has different levels of ability and experience, and that is what makes me so passionate about what I do. To see each individal client's transformations and passion grow as my written and interactive workout plans progress through time, is my happiness in life.

 

NEVER, EVER, look in the mirror and tell yourself you are not beautiful or attractive (male or female), or good enough. If you don't see the person you want to see in the mirror, there is always room for improvement. For everyone. Each person strives to be better. The key is to make that improvement in a healthy and balanced way.  So instead of looking at yourself and thinking the worst, look forward to the future and become something even better. Become your version of perfect. Not the definition provided to you by media or anyone else. The goal is to be comfortable in your own skin, and I can help you reach those goals. It takes time, hard work, dedication, and motivation, but every goal is attainable. Don;t let anyone tell you otherwise.
